What Breed are YOU?

What breed are you?
I’m a Tuxedo and Monkey is a Ragdoll
How old are you?
I’m 5 years old and Monkey is 3 years old
What is your full name?
Sammy and Monkey is Monkey
Do you have any nicknames?
Sammy-Sam, Sammy Sue, Shadow Sam, Monkey sometimes goes by Monkey-Moo
Where do you sleep?
I sleep…hummm, I sleep upstairs under the sofa and one of the beds, and I sleep on a special blanket that Mom puts on the big bed so I don’t leave fur every where, but if I decide that Monkey is looking too comfortable I make her leave and I sleep there. That pleases me greatly…taking her bed. Monkey has her own special blanket, but sometimes I decide that I want that blanket also.
What is your favorite thing to do?
I am a hunter! I love to go outside and stalk things, I even have been known to walk across the hay field AND the corn field, which is 23 acres, to check on Misty’s house. I won’t let her catch me (even if she tries) but sometimes I just get tired of seeing the same old mice and birds. Monkey is a mess. Just a mess, I tell you, she refuses to go outside ‘It scares her’ she says, will even claw her way back inside. What a weird cat. Sure there are ‘things’ out there, but man, that is what is so interesting!
What is something unusual or interesting about you?
Well, according to Monkey it is the fact I CAN NOT use a potty box, I JUST CAN NOT! Give me the wide outdoors, the soft corral soil….ahhhhhhhh!
Who is your best friend?
Monkey and Mom. Monkey tried to make Mom her best friend but we had a discussion about it, so now she is Dad’s best friend. Sometimes I take Dad, just to show Monkey I’m the king of this house. This sounds like I don’t like Monkey I do, I even bring her mice and birds, and let her lick my ears and my face. I don’t always get to bring those delicious tid-bits into the house, because Mom doesn’t like wounded animals getting loose. Geez, they wouldn’t be wounded long and Monkey really does need more fur and bones in her diet. Sheesh!
Dad and I have issues sometimes, because he doesn’t like hair balls. Mom just starts to hear the herk herk sound and she rushes me outside. That works. Dad just gets mad and says….That Darn Cat! And calls Mom. She rushes me outside and takes care of the mess, what’s so hard about that?
Geez, he ought to try eating mice and birds and keeping his fur clean and see what happens! Of course, Mom does give us that neat stuff that dissolves hairballs, but sometimes I just have ….well you know too much hair!
Did you go to obedience school?
I didn’t know cats’ could/should/would/can go to obedience school.
Can you do any tricks?
Well, I can make Dude run, I like to jump at him and he jumps and barks at me. Then I pretend to be mean and he leaves. Oh, I guess that isn’t running, but I win and that is what it is all about, isn’t it?

Now i feel like I really know you cats. I have the cat that use to be my Moms. She called it CAT. No other name has either stuck. She sheds wayyyy to much and that drives me crazy. I think an occasional hair ball would be better. Well maybe. lol
