I love old stuff like that, I can always picture it restored and sitting in a beautiful flower garden or something. I found a really old metal watering can the other day and I had the thought to plant some flower in it. I just thought it would look neat. Old tools and the like are so interesting to me.
The steers are so cute! I find it funny that they don’t look nearly as annoyed about being made into steers as that one cow on your blog was about having hay thrown on her head. My husband just said it was because she was female, we all get annoyed at smaller things. Hmmph! The fact he said that SO annoys me!
When our sons were younger we adopted a pair of bulls from the dairy farm down the road. It was an interesting experience turning Rocky and Bullwinkle into “steer.”

I always have to feel sorry for the poor boys when they get snipped but it’s got to be done

They probably weren’t too wordless – poor babies
. Very cute though.
