While Changing Water
While changing water we met the goats and their new keepers out for a walk.
They have become Linkin’s goats, she loves them and they love her. She has named one Gazelle and the other Zebra for very long and complicated reasons. Every evening and often times throughout the day Linki and the goats go out and play.

So leaving Grandpa to continue changing water and checking on the cows I went with Mom-Mom and Linkin on their nightly walk.

We looked at all the weeds the goats really like to eat, and the ones they don’t like to eat.
We stopped and ran across the ditches and played follow the leader, Linki is always the leader (I was informed).

We looked at a ground bird nest.

And best of all we went to the ‘special place’ where Linki and goats go to play.

We meet Evan and Zooker out for a ride.

Saw the chickens in the yard. Which the goats thought were really cool things to play with.

Just a really nice walk on a windy evening!

What a wonderful walk! I love the goats on their leashes, and that li’l girl who named them is so cute! How cool to find that birds nest with an egg in it! I enjoyed the chickens in the yard, too. (I like chickens!) So different from walking around the block here in suburbia! Loved it!

So nice to see the goats again, and obviously much happier and doing better now. The photos of Linkin with the goats are adorable.

Love the goats, but that picture of your chickens reminds me of my childhood in Montrose.
Thanks for sharing. Love seeing pictures of “back home.”

What a lovely goat walk. How much fun that would be for a little girl. My grand (the one holding the duck) loves animals and would just be in heaven to have those cuties to play with.
