This site is about my life as a farmgirl, wife, mother and grandmother and the things I love to do. I've been married to the same man that I love for 40+ years. We have two beautiful adult children and one granddaughter. We pretty much live off of our farm by raising our food or hunting for it. My blog is a day to day walk-through of our life.

Isn’t it strange that January slipped by so fast and now (as I write this) a week of February is also gone! Lovely photo.
Really pretty picture, Linda!

i am all for spring and longer days….yes
Always tough to do stuff with low light. This is just like it happens. Most of us rarely see a sunrise.
Hi, Sorry I haven’t been around this week. We have been traveling and taking more photos… Hope you are having a great week.
Great photo. Love the colors in that sky… Wow!!!!

Red sky at morning, Sailor take warning.
If you’re on a prairie, I guess you just get a beautiful Sunrise.
Great photo, Linda…We are getting ever-closer to SPRING!!!!
Very pretty picture Linda – I’m assuming it is sunrise?
I am so excited about the long days. I will start running in the mornings again soon!!
Linda, you are so funny. You either need a winter retreat in Arizona or maybe I’ll adapt an Advent Calendar for you so you can count down the days in February. This has been a much colder winter for us in Calif., and I’m finding I don’t do well with it. Nothing on my body works right and I drink way too much coffee just so I can hold the cup and keep my stiff fingers warm. Hope it’s a glorious spring!
